Welcome to the French School of the Caucasus

The enrollment of children at the French School is subjected to the presentation of the following documents:

​

• The enrollment form completed and an ID photo
• A copy of the birth certificate, and  identity document (identity card or passport)
• A document indicating the mandatory vaccinations: diphtheria, tetanus, polio (child health record or vaccination certificates) or a certificate of medical contraindication
• A medical certificate attesting to the good health of the child
• In cases of school transfer: a de-registration certificate from the former school and a copy of the school transcript
